I follow the DOUBLE-DIAMOND design process to solve the design problem. The Discovery phase helps me to deep dive into the problem. The Define phase helps to synthesize the information from the discovery phase into a problem definition. Then I think up solutions to the problem in Develop phase. Then work on the best solution and Deliver it.
